Why Kanpai Imports?
On my latest trip back to Japan, I dove deeply into the world of Nihonshu — and what I discovered blew me away. From crisp, clean Junmai to fruity, complex Daiginjo, the variety, craftsmanship, and flavour blew open a whole new world of appreciation for me.It hit me how little of this reaches New Zealand.
